University of Maryland, Baltimore 2009 Commencement

The 2009 commencement exercises at the University of Maryland, Baltimore included a first-ever formal outdoor procession from the campus to 1st Mariner Arena led by University President David J. Ramsay, DM, DPhil, and all students were invited to attend. Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley was the keynote speaker.
