University of Phoenix student finds faculty helpful & caring

Janice had just lost her mother and one of her last dying wishes was for her to go back to school. Everyone at University of Phoenix orientation and classes were very friendly, nice, helpful, and knowlegble. She didn’t want to be another number and was happy to interact with others who cared about her education. She also recovered from surgery, a car accident, and the death of her friend. Faculty and staff at University of Phoenix were very friendly, helpful, and understanding. This helped her to successfully balance her classes in the midst of these life crises.
