U.Va. President John T. Casteen III Delivers 2010 State of the University Address

U.Va. President John T. Casteen III delivers the 2010 State of the University Address in Old Cabell Hall Auditorium. The speech marks President Casteen's 20th and final State of the University Address in light of his upcoming retirement. The President remarks on the challenges faced by the University of Virginia due to declining state support and of continuing achievements made despite financial hardships. He also expresses gratitude for the opportunity he's had to lead the University.
