Years ago, my wife started a course in Medical Claims and Billing with “At-Home Professions” only to learn there are many complaints about this school not offering complete training for its students. She would like to complete a course in Medical Transcription online but we are skeptical about finding a legitimate school that offers top-quality training in this field. Does anyone know what organization will give us a non-biased opinion about the various online schools? Who monitors these schools and courses?
