You need to get a law degree if you want to practice intellectual property law. A certificate is not available or valid. A law degree is not offered as a part of any online learning program nor will it ever be. To get a degree in law, you must first hold a bachelors degree from an accredited university and then 3 more years of law school at a traditional university.
