VCU faculty senate member asks for investigation of Monroe degree scandal (Richmond Times-Dispatch)

A retired, longtime VCU history professor and member of the senate has asked the group to conduct its own review of the investigation of former Richmond Police Chief Rodney Monroe’s degree.
